For this project, our objective was to enhance the performance of Watermans, an arts centre located in South West London. Our approach involved conducting a thorough analysis of the brand and its competitors to understand their impact on sales. Based on our findings, we identified new strategies to improve the reputation of Watermans and drive growth. Our efforts included designing innovative tickets, creating appealing Instagram posts, and exploring other ways to engage with the target audience.
